Cancellation Policy
At Paradies Rheintal, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. We aim to provide a transparent and fair booking cancellation policy outlining the procedures and any associated charges. Please read the following policy carefully before making a reservation. 1. Cancellation Timeframes: 1.1. Standard Bookings: Cancellations made at least 90 days before the scheduled start date of the trip will be eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees. 1.2. Short Notice Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 days before the scheduled start date of the trip will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total booking cost. This fee helps cover operational and administrative expenses incurred for the trip arrangements. 1.3 Cancellations made within 60 days before the schedules start date of the trip will not be eligible for refund. 1.4 Any special or individual services that are prepaid are non-refundable. 2. Cancellation Process: 2.1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to office@paradiesrheintal.com or through your online booking account. 2.2. Please provide your booking reference number, the travelers' names, and the reason for the cancellation in your email. 3. Refund Processing: 3.1. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receiving a valid cancellation request. 3.2. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking unless the traveler requests a different method. 4. No-Show Policy: 4.1. If a traveler fails to show up for the booked trip without notifying us, no refunds will be provided. 5. Alterations to Bookings: 5.1. If you wish to modify your booking, such as changing travel dates or destinations, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any additional costs associated with the changes will be the traveler's responsibility. 6. Force Majeure: 6.1. In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such instances, we will offer alternatives such as rescheduling or a refund, excluding any non-refundable expenses incurred. 7. Travel Insurance: 7.1. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations and other travel disruptions. 8. Group Bookings: 8.1.
