This program explores Daoist cultural traditions as a living context for learning and practice, focusing on the relationship between nature, body, and mind. Developed as a project-based cultural and educational program, it engages with key Daoist sites and traditions to support contextual understanding, reflective learning, and practice-oriented experience. Rather than following fixed itineraries, the program is shaped around cultural context, learning objectives, and project frameworks, and adapted according to institutional collaboration and participant background. Program Focus Daoist philosophy of life and harmony with nature Body–mind cultivation through traditional practices Cultural learning through place, ritual, and lived tradition Reflection and contextual understanding rather than sightseeing Key Cultural Contexts The program may draw upon selected Daoist cultural settings, including: Mount Qingcheng — regarded as a foundational site of Daoism and mountain-based practice Wudang Mountains — known for internal cultivation traditions and Daoist architecture Baiyun Temple (Beijing) — a central Daoist institution and cultural learning environment Specific locations are integrated as cultural contexts, not as destinations or tour routes. Practice & Learning Elements Tai Chi, breath-based practices, and internal cultivation Guqin music, calligraphy, and textual practices Daoist tea culture and dietary traditions Seminars on Daoist thought, cosmology, and health perspectives Silent meditation and ritual observation within appropriate settings Program Framework Project-based and education-oriented Developed in collaboration with institutions and partners Flexible structure and duration Not offered as a public travel itinerary or tour product Participation This program is developed within institutional or partner-led project frameworks. Teilnehmende erhalten einen strukturierten Zugang zu kulturellen Kontexten durch Lernbesuche, kulturellen Austausch und reflektierende Praxis, um ein vertieftes Verständnis von Geschichte, Tradition und zeitgenössischem Leben zu entwickeln. Inhalte und Struktur werden gemeinsam mit Bildungseinrichtungen und Projektpartnern erarbeitet und an die jeweiligen Lernziele angepasst. Teilnahme Dieses Programm wird ausschließlich im Rahmen institutioneller oder partnergeführter Projekte durchgeführt. Eine individuelle Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb solcher Programme möglich.
